Clipsay is a very easy way to send video messages to friends and family, and get their video in return!
We have this site which works with the webcam, as well as an iPhone app (hoping for Android in the future; note iPad works too).

Clipsay is like mail or sms, but for video, so you can see the other person and have natural quick conversations. Unlike Facetime or Skype, you can view and reply whenever you have time.
